Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you", "Customer") and Tvaram Private Limited ("Tvaram", "we", "us"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. They govern your access to and use of the InboxValid website, dashboard and API (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, buying credits or using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Acceptable Use Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation, and "you" refers to that organisation. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential. Notify us promptly at support@inboxvalid.ai of any unauthorised use.

2. The Service

InboxValid verifies email addresses and audits domain deliverability. We run live checks (syntax, MX records, SMTP conversations, catch-all, disposable and role-account detection, and domain-level deliverability signals) and return a status and risk score. Verification results are probabilistic assessments of the state of a mailbox or domain at the time of the check. Mail servers can be misconfigured, temporarily unavailable, use catch-all or greylisting, or change at any time. We therefore do not guarantee that any address marked valid will accept mail, or that any address marked otherwise will not. Results are provided for your own decision-making and are not a warranty of deliverability.

3. Credits, pricing & payment

The Service runs on prepaid credits. New accounts receive a one-time grant of free credits. Additional credits are purchased in advance through our payment processor, Razorpay, using UPI, cards, netbanking or other supported methods. Current prices and credit costs per operation are shown on the pricing section and in the billing area of your dashboard, and may change prospectively. Each completed operation consumes credits at the rate in effect when it runs. All fees are stated in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST), which will be added where required. Purchased and granted credits do not expire while your account is active, have no cash value except as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and are non-transferable between accounts.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You confirm that you have a lawful basis to process any email addresses you submit, and you are solely responsible for the lists and data you upload. You must not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email, to harass or harm anyone, to build lists for spam, or in any way that violates anti-spam, data protection or other applicable laws.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, models, documentation, branding and content, is owned by Tvaram and its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service during your subscription for your internal business purposes. You retain ownership of the data you submit; you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or create derivative works of the Service except as permitted by law.

6. Availability & support

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, update, suspend or discontinue features, and impose reasonable rate limits to protect the platform. Support is provided by email and through the in-app support area during business hours.

7. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, fail to pay, or if we reasonably believe your use threatens the security, legality or integrity of the Service or others. On termination for cause, unused credits are forfeited. On termination without cause by us, we will refund unused purchased credits in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness or deliverability outcomes of verification results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service and these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold Tvaram harmless from claims, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your data, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available at this page.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service. Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by discussion.
